Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives has won nine awards at the 2026 World Luxury Awards, including two Global Winner titles, the resort said.
The Spa at Grand Park Kodhipparu was named Global Winner for Best Luxury Island Resort Spa. FireDOOR, the resort's signature restaurant, won the global title for Best Sunset Views.

General Manager Raffaele Solferino said the awards reflected the work of the resort's team, and called them an honour that recognised the team's passion and commitment. He said true luxury is about genuine connections and thoughtful hospitality.
He noted that the resort turns ten in 2027, and said the awards were both a celebration of its journey so far and an inspiration for its next chapter.
About the resort
Grand Park Kodhipparu opened in 2017 in North Malé Atoll, a short speedboat ride from Velana International Airport, and is part of Park Hotel Group. It has 120 beach and overwater villas, an overwater spa above the lagoon and a house reef. FireDOOR sits over the house reef and faces the sunset.
